Due to our internal infrastructure, we offer some sub-processes which can be designed individually:

• Coating membrane components on a laboratory and production scale
• Coupling of bioreagents to color particles (gold nanoparticles, latex particles)
• Design pilot production of test housings in 3-pressure and transfer to injection molding production
• Advice and development of new sets for the user-friendly operation of lateral flow assays in the home use area

Thanks to a fully automated reel-to-reel membrane coating system, pilot batches and upscaled productions can be imaged with up to 20,000 test strips per day. Modern production methods such as ultrasonic joining processes and inline laser marking, as well as automated random access production under controlled environmental conditions, enable flexible and at the same time extremely reliable production processes.
